You said "WiFi" connectivity. Above, you say "Cable / DSL". These
are details that can affect the diagnosis of your problem, so getting
the details straight will be tremendously helpful.
Please start by going to
http://www.whatismyip.com/ Copy, then paste here, the entire line from there "Your IP Address
Is ???.???.???.???"

Your IP address translates to customer5417.pool1.Acton-GLN1070-
BAS0001.orangehomedsl.co.uk
(91.104.21.48).
DSL, or Digital Subscriber Line, is a service that uses different
protocols. Each protocol may have different effect to your problem.
Do YOU pay for YOUR service, or does another party?

"We pay" doesn't help me to help you. Do you want to solve your
problem?
I'm not there with you, and I can't read your computer from here.
That part you have to do. Do you perhaps have a techie friend, who
can read my questions and recommendations, and understand what needs
to be done?
